New customers requesting a budget plan and/or automatic delivery must fill out a credit application. After your first delivery is made our advanced system predicts when you will need future oil deliveries and will alert our dispatching department when you are due. Once the system has synchronized a pattern for your deliveries if you have changes in your usage routines such as additional family members, keeping thermostats at a higher temperature compared to prior years, square footage additions or even a change in usage around the holidays please contact our customer service department and let us know to avoid any oil runouts!!
Customers choosing a budget plan will receive a monthly statement prior to the 10th of each month. Those not choosing a budget plan will have 30 days to pay after each delivery if you have credit terms established with Mauger & Co. You may take advantage of our prompt pay discount if paid within 10 days after delivery. Bills not paid within the specified timeframe are subject to a 1.5% per month, 18% APR finance charge. Accounts not kept within good financial standing will be ineligible for future automatic deliveries.
