George Mozzachio, Operations Manager
George came to Mauger in September, 2004 after more than 25 years experience in the petroleum equipment business. He began in commercial fuel sales which included managing Mauger’s Pacific Pride automated fueling sites. With George’s expertise an almost immediate increase in sales and decrease in maintenance costs were realized.
In early 2006 a position opened to manage Mauger’s heating oil and lubrication divisions. George was the first choice. He continued in that capacity until March, 2008 when the lubrication division was sold. He became Operations Manager of both Mauger and our sister company, Aabbots Oil Co.
Mauger and Aabbots deliver oil to customers in Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill and Carbon counties.

Stephen Nichols, Service Manager
Steve Nichols is the service manager for Mauger Mechanical and manages the customer service department for Mauger & Co. Steve has over 30 years experience in the HVAC industry. The unique quality about having Steve as the service manager is that he has worked on many of our customers HVAC equipment as a service technician.
Prior to accepting the service manager position Steve was a service technician for over 15 years and in addition, he was also a salesman for our installation department for over 2 years. If you have questions regarding your HVAC equipment Steve can provide you with a detailed explanation of how your system works from hands on experience.
Steve has certifications in generator repair and service, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, gas, propane and oil heat systems, hydronic heat and Buderus Lo-Nox Burners.
Aside from the four years he served our country as a mechanic for the United States Air Force, Steve has been a Chester County resident all of his life. He is an avid Harley rider and can often be seen through Elverson on his bike or with his wife on horseback. Top
Tom Walter, CFO
Tom Walter joined our team in February 2010. He is a CPA with over 25 years of experience in public accounting and in the industry. He is an active community volunteer who has served Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County (Treasurer from 2000-2004), Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County, Rotary club of Norristown and the Legion of Mary. Larry Howard, Oil Sales
Larry Howard became part of the Mauger Team in 2008. He started off as a service technician and quickly joined our sales force due to his equipment knowledge, background and customer relations. Larry has over 38 years experience in the HVAC industry. Larry initially began his career in fuel oil sales, later operated his own HVAC business and has been a service technician, service manager and sales manager throughout his career. Larry knows how your equipment operates and the best ways to help reduce your energy costs and receive the most efficient usage from your home heating and cooling equipment.
Aside from his many years in the industry Larry has also received several certifications and licensing within the industry and continues to expand his knowledge with further education so he is always seeking new ways to help reduce energy costs. He has attended seminars on hyrdonic heating, boiler, burner and furnace certification, Bacharach Carbon Monoxide and Combustion Safety, NFPA Standards, Tekmar Controls and Universal Refrigerant reclamation. He is a member of National Association of Oil Heat Service Managers/Delaware Valley Chapter and Pennsylvania Petroleum Association.
Larry is also an avid fire firefighter and a resident of Chester County. He has been active in the fire protection industry for over 30 years. He has received education from Delaware County Community College in both Fire/Arson Investigation and Advanced Arson Investigation he is also part of the following organizations; Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators, Oakmont Fire Company (Life Member) and National Fire Protection Association. Michael Gallagher, HVAC Sales
Mike joined us in 2005.
Prior to joining our team Mike worked for F C Haab Co Inc since 1981 with positions such as an oil delivery driver, service technician and oil and HVAC sales.
Mike has received certifications in business management, oil burner service, hydronic heat and steam heat from institutes such as Penn State University, Philadelphia Wireless Institute, Pennsylvania Petroleum Association, Institute of Boilers and Radiation, Burnham and Beckett.
He has also attended seminars for Honeywell Perfect Climate, Touzour Energy Systems and Sandler Sales Institute. Aside from Mike’s extensive knowledge in the HVAC and oil industry he is an asset to the local community as well as to his family. Mike is a resident of West Chester along with his wife Lori and son Dan who has just been accepted to Temple University.
Mike is also a long distance running competing in marathons, half marathons and over 1,000 races. He credits his personal success from the direction handed down from his parents. Showing him how to treat people and put in an honest day’s work, everyday. Top
